It is particularly beneficial in a recruitment process where there are multiple positions available within the one position description, as you pay no extra to hire additional candidates. Those candidates identified as suitable can in fact be contacted and offered employment for a negotiated period following the initial campaign, at no additional cost to you.
Should time not permit the marketing of a vacancy and you would like to access a candidate from EMERY HR ’s extensive database, we are able to refer pre-screened candidates to you in an efficient manner, with these candidates being invoiced on a percentage of income basis. Our database of candidates has been built over many years of attracting outstanding candidates and can be a valuable source of talent, particularly as many candidates are considered “passive candidates” and are not actively looking for work or responding to any type of advertising. Having this valuable talent bank we have previously connected with and qualified, can mean we are able to contact candidates and directly market a vacancy to them, thus expediting the recruitment process and getting you the right person in the quickest possible timeframe.
