Comprehensive Recruitment Services
Hourly basis
This service provides you with a comprehensive recruitment service on an hourly basis. We charge you only for time spent on the work done to achieve set goals and we cover all levels from Senior Executives right through to Entry-Level Administrative Staff.
Many of EMERY H.R.’s valuable clients find engaging us to work for them on an hourly basis to be very economical and effective way of procuring recruitment services. It is particularly beneficial if there are multiple positions available within the one Position Description, as you pay no extra to hire additional candidates. Those candidates identified as suitable can in fact be contacted and offered employment for a period of 3 months following the initial campaign, at no additional cost to you.
Percentage Basis
Should time not permit the marketing of a vacancy and you would like to access a candidate from EMERY H.R.’s extensive database, we are able to refer pre-screened candidates to you in an efficient manner. Rather than charge you for the placement fee ‘up front’ we prefer to offer you the opportunity to see if the employee will fit the role requirements and your organisational culture, charging the balance of the placement fee, only once you are satisfied the candidate will meet the requirements of probation (maximum of 8 weeks).
