Unlike thousands of local, national and international HR companies, EHR Executive & Contract recruitment services are charged by the hour... not percentage-based on ever increasing executive salaries. At EHR we charge only for time spent on work done to achieve set goals. Yes - it is different! And Yes - it is how it should be!
EHR ensures that Clients are as involved and informed about the recruitment process as they choose to be. The degree of involvement varies from client to client so care is taken to provide exactly the level of service required without the Client being inundated by extraneous detail. "Blind Advertising" for confidential recruitments are also part of the EHR suite of services.
However, should time restraints not permit advertising the role, or by employer's preference we are requested to submit applicant's CVs from our database & arrange interviews, there is no charge for this service unless a candidate is employed. Should any candidate be employed on this basis, we are then able to offer a much lower than usual 'flat fee' which is only payable after the relevant period of satisfactory employment is completed.
